We can only process funds back to cards if they are VISA credit or debit cards. MasterCard does not currently support this facility.
Transfers to VISA cards are capped at €5,000.00. Alternatively, transfers of any amount can be made to a nominated bank account.
How long do funds take to clear?
Funds are available in your player account as soon as you have authorised the transaction.
Withdrawals are restricted until previous deposits have been settled. This typically takes no less than 48 hours.
We do not transfer funds back to any bank account until the required identification has been provided.
Are there any surcharges, imposed by yourselves or the payment providers?
We do not charge fees for credit or debit card transactions, however since all our transactions occur in € Euros there may be a small currency conversion charge if your bank account is held in another currency.
